If you record it with the speaker, file size is 8 times that of just the shared screen. The shared screen only uses up 227 MB of video. The gallery view in Zoom uses 1.9 GB, 1280 x 720. OBS uses up 220 MB in 1280 x 720, for 2 hours. You cannot change the resolution in Zoom but OBS output resolution can be changed. Conclusion The shared screen view is safely recorded by Zoom in the cloud. You cannot record it by using the local recording. This is the best way of recording because it uses up 100 MB per hour, but it does not have the speaker video. Local recording by Zoom uses up 1 GB per hour. I had tried very hard to make Google Meet reach the features of Zoom but the final straw was that Google Meet was not secure. No way for us to stop others from presenting and thus interrupt the presentation. Lack of Annotation tools is also a major drawback. Too difficult and clumsy to piggyback other software to allow annotations. Login to your UMS google account first. calendar.google.com New Google Calendar Entry Just click the nearest place in the calendar that you want the event to occur, and change the time to suit your needs. You can invite guests by typing the label for your required group of student at the Add guests menu. When you save, it will advise you whether you want to send the invitation. In my Calendar, the Add Google Meet menu is available. I used to have the Zoom meet invitation also. I need to install the extension to it first. You can reinvite any time by editing this event in the calendar.
