How to schedule a Google Meet and invite a group of students

Login to your UMS google account first.
calendar.google.com

New Google Calendar Entry

Just click the nearest place in the calendar that you want the event to occur, and change the time to suit your needs.

You can invite guests by typing the label for your required group of student at the Add guests menu.

When you save, it will advise you whether you want to send the invitation.

In my Calendar, the Add Google Meet menu is available. I used to have the Zoom meet invitation also. I need to install the extension to it first.

You can reinvite any time by editing this event in the calendar.
