Youtube has the ability to transcribe your lecture conducted in English automatically. There is no need to do anything. Just enable the caption to enable the auto generated caption. The main purpose of the lecture was to explain the lecture slides so the lecturer's face is not critical. That lecture takes 2 hours so will take a long time to absorb everything.
